让人越睡越香的小技巧

如果你在睡眠上出现了问题,例如花很长时间依旧不能入睡,易犯困,晚上的睡眠时间又不够,不想通过药物解决。那么,下面的简单技巧可以帮 助你克服失眠,让你越睡越香:

1、不要去担心睡眠不足。试着不去担心你能够睡多长时间,这种焦虑会使得失眠的状况陷入不良的循环,这被称为 “意识性失眠”,发生在当你非常担心自己能否得到足够的睡眠时。

2、不要强迫自己入睡。如果你试着强迫自己入睡,往往会弄醒自己,并很难再入睡。

3、只在你真的困了累了的时候再去睡觉。不困的时候躺在床上,除了浪费时间,还会花更多的时间才能入睡。

4、不要老去看闹钟。很多人都有这种习惯,睡不着的时候偏要看看几点了,老是下意识去计算还能睡几个小时。这样会助长焦虑,所以会更难入睡。

5、睡觉前先暖身。一些研究发现,睡觉前让自己的身体保持暖和,例如泡一个热水澡,可以很容易让你熟睡。

6、不要睡过头。不要因为晚上没事干,就拼命睡。如果这样睡几天,会打破你的生物钟,那么你晚上就会很难入睡。

7、健康的性生活。性生活是被大家熟知的可以在夜间缓解压力的一种方法。健康的性生活能够增进感情,让身体得到放松,同时对睡眠也有好处。

8、避免把酒精当作让你入睡的良药。避免在深夜饮酒,人们普遍认为睡前喝酒可以帮助睡眠,但事实上,最初的时候,酒精可能确实会起到镇静剂的作用, 但长久看来,酒精会产生许多对睡眠有损伤的副作用。

9、布置你的卧室和床,让它们只和睡觉与性生活有关。不要在我是吃东西、看电视或者在床上看书。尽管这些事情会对一些人的睡眠有帮助,但同时也给大 脑一个潜意识:床并不是适合睡觉的地方,这会让你睡不着觉。

10、试着放弃午休。如果你有午休或者打盹的习惯,并且想在晚上更容易睡着,睡个好觉,那么你可以试试先把午休戒掉,看看会发生什么。
